"I have been having a problem of having to drink wine before bed every night because of being extremely restless. This had been going on for 15 years. I had gone to several doctor's with no permanent handling. I tried Cal-Mag (calcium magnesium) and Tryptophane and those didn't work. I was stopped on study and auditing because of it. Jack Farmer in relation to the #1 [step of the] Danger Formula had me bypass habits and normal routines. I saw that I had to bypass the habit of drinking. Jack recommended doing an exercise from the Volunteer Ministers Handbook: where one closes their eyes and contacts the upper two corners behind them. Then holding those two corners sit still and don't think. I did this for 10 minutes last night, blew though the restlessness and went to bed and was sound asleep in seconds. What a win!!
